Excel SoftSources is "agnostic" when it comes to methodology. We understand that each customer has its own needs, work styles and adopted methods. Thus, we strive to adapt the way we manage and execute projects in a manner that is complementary to the customer's methodology. Whereas, some outsource providers are only comfortable using one methodology, in most cases, Excel is comfortable using any time-proven and generally accepted software methodology.
Excel SoftSources has delivered projects using Agile (Sprint and Scrum) and Waterfall Software Methodologies.
Excel SoftSources provides innovative pricing models designed to develop long-term and synergistic relationships with the customer. It is important to note that methodology, at times, favor one pricing model over another. For example, in the case where scope is not clear, or requirements are not fully defined, the Agile Methodology and Time and Material Pricing Models are favored. On the contrary, when scope is very clear and requirements are fully defined, a more traditional methodology such as Waterfall and a Fixed-Price or Hybrid pricing models can be considered.
