Excel SoftSources is looking for Azure Developers to work on cloud-based development and integrations. In this role, you will be part of a growing global team working to support new digital initiatives across our client's businesses and eCommerce sites. Collaborating with other developers and architects to create innovative technical solutions and frameworks that will build the company moving forward.
You will design and deliver marketing software solutions for our customers, using your technical knowledge to realize a business vision. You will be tasked with creating standard projects and solutions, that maximize the use of standard features of our technology and minimize creation of special cases and once-only customization.
Basic Objective
- Provide solution architecture and design, perform gap analysis between business requirements and platform features.
- Review and innovate our architecture, design and solution delivery.
- Act as an infuence on emerging technologies and their application to the digital product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with the Scrum masters, Architects, QA, Dev/Ops, as well as multiple organizations within the company to deliver high-quality products on time, on target and within budget.
- Create and enforce technical, coding standards, tools, platforms, and approaches.
- API creation and custom app development.
- Apply and execute microservice, API and integration development best practices while adhering to team and industry coding standards, and corporate policies.
Skills/Requirements
- At least 3 years hands-on experience with modern web frameworks delivering robust software and solutions for enterprise e-commerce applications.
- Solid experience working in a Cloud platform (Azure preferred). Microsoft Azure API management experience is a big plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Javascript and Node.
- Java and experience with search tools such as Lucidworks, Solr or Elasticsearch would be a plus.
- Experience with GIT or BitBucket.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
