Lead to Opportunity Analyst
Description

The Strategy, Growth, and Operations Team is looking for a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented individual to support our Go to Market Teams in theater.  In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the reporting and analysis of each stage in the lead funnel in partnership with Field Marketing, GTM Marketing, Inside Sales, and Field Sales.  The ideal candidate is someone who can provide actionable insights, review data for inconsistencies, identify opportunities for optimization, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast paced environment to drive improvements in funnel conversion and pipeline.

Responsibilities

●        Measure and analyze performance through reports and dashboards across Go to Markets to optimize strategies and conversion rates

●        Provide interpretations and actionable insights from campaign results

●        Review large data sets for inconsistencies and investigate root causes

●        Partner with GTM Ops to Identify opportunities for process optimizations and change management

●        Advise on strategy and creation of joint-Marketing outbound motions

●        Monitor campaign creation to ensure fields are set up correctly for lead scoring and routing

●        Lead regional enablement for Lead Management to ensure comprehension of key use cases and self-serve resources

●        Synthesize findings and collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Inside Sales, and Field Sales by providing strategic guidance to drive results

 

Qualifications

 

●         4+ years in marketing or marketing analyst roles

●         A self-starter who is confident working on multiple programs that require strategic end-to-end thinking and cross-functional collaboration

●         Deadline-driven, organized, and able to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands that result from a high-growth environment

●         Comfortable pulling and analyzing large datasets

●         Experience building reports and dashboards to form actionable, data-driven conclusions

●         Hands-on experience with SFDC, Marketo, Outreach, or related Marketing technologies

●         Experience working in the IT, Cybersecurity, or B2B Enterprise industry
